I am an executive coach and boardroom consultant with leadership teams, founders and change agents in tech scale-ups, creative agencies and FTSE 100 companies.
Over the past 24 years, I have been a Principal Consultant in a Big 4 consulting firm, as well working in leadership and consulting roles with global organisations in the Automotive, Tech, Professional Services, Media and NGO sectors.

The courses are completely self-paced online learning - you decide when to begin and when you complete it. All we ask is that you give it your all and try to work through them all, so you can get everything out of the programme.

The courses have been designed with busy people in mind, so each video tutorial takes no more than 10 minutes to watch. Each course has an average of 6 videos, so around a combined maximum of an hour of video per course.
